I would say you are good on the rating, but if you feel the need to bump it to a [T] there really isn't any harm in doing so. It's pretty minor all things considered. Nice environment in the first image btw! How do you go about making an environment like that? What's your approach?

Well, this is going to be a Kirby's Adventure style arrangement of "Outsider", by Eve. If you go and watch the music video, you'll find out that the first picture is a reimagination of some of the city locations that appear in such video. Because it's a Kirby's Adventure recreation, I wanted to give that "blocky" tile feel, with the shapes and reutilization of tiles over and over again.
